I am primarily self-taught, with watercolors finding a way into my life in 1989. It soon took a prominent place.
My works have been in a number if Galleries and shows in Illinois, Wisconsin and Naples and garnered various awards. I currently am part of the Naples Art District, with studio space on Shirley Street and am part of COCO Arts Gallery in Naples.

To share the delight I feel in painting with watercolor, I started teaching small classes for children and adults in local establishments like Cafe Nutrients and Naples Beach Brewery. I teach watercolor classes for United Arts Collier in after school programs and for Grace Place in their summer programs. I also teach at Rookery Bay Coastal Learning Center as well as classes at my studio.
