Judy Ladd

Judy Ladd received her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan
University and then graduated from Notre Dame University with an MFA in
art. After receiving an additional elementary and secondary administrative
degree from Indiana University, Judy started teaching 1st grade at Darden
Elementary School.
For thirteen years Judy owned and operated a coop gallery featuring local
artists in Mishawaka, IN. She taught high school art for nineteen years and
eventually was promoted to assistant principal. Judy progressed to teaching
art education classes for ten years at St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN.
She not only taught a variety of art classes but served as a faculty
representative on the Art Center board. As director of the Leeper Park Art
Fair, Judy organized the award-winning fine arts fair in Indiana for 24 years.
Judy currently divides her time teaching adult painting in Florida and
Indiana while simultaneously exhibiting in numerous fine art shows. Her
watercolors are featured in galleries and private collections throughout the
United States and her porcelain jewelry adorns many discriminating patrons.
Judy works out of the Claymore ceramics studio in Naples. She proudly
displays her creations at both COCO Art Galleries – Estero and Naples Fl.
