The instructions below are browser dependent. Each browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google, Microsoft Edge)
​will guide you through the printing.

By "Clicking" the button below labeled "Print Art Gallery Labels", you will be directed to an online  page that will have the form. To the right of the form you will see "OPEN IN ACROBAT". Click on that and you will be directed to the same form, but now is downloaded to your computer where you can fill it out, save it and then print it.

Tip: An easy way to prepare for receiving day is to name and save the inventory sheet
art label template, W-9 and Gallery Waiver, and edit the text for each month you are exhibiting at the gallery.
The inventory sheet template can be printed and information handwritten on the sheet.
