Ages 8–11 | Saturday, October 10 | 1:00–3:00 PM COCO Art Gallery Naples • Coastland Center Create • Explore • Experiment! Get ready for a colorful, hands-on art experience inspired by the rich textures, patterns, and landscapes of Hispanic desert terrain! In this special ¡ARTE VIVA! Young Creators workshop, Little Creators will explore mosaic effects, texture, crackle, color, and layering while experimenting with professional artist materials. Young artists will create three mini textured panels, learning how artists can use surface and texture to transform a simple panel into something unique and expressive. Using GOLDEN Crackle Paste, GOLDEN High Flow Acrylics, Ampersand Gessobord, and Silver Brush brushes, each child will have the opportunity to experiment, discover, and make their own artistic choices. Young artists will: • Explore mosaic-inspired patterns and textures • Experiment with GOLDEN Crackle Paste • Discover the exciting effects of GOLDEN High Flow Acrylics • Learn how color, texture, and layering can transform artwork • Draw inspiration from Hispanic desert landscapes and cultural art • Create their own unique textured artwork to take home Materials Included • 3 prepped mini crackle panels • Ampersand Gessobord • GOLDEN Crackle Paste • GOLDEN High Flow Acrylics • Silver Brush brushes No previous art experience is needed!
